Delivery terms
1. The cost of the delivery service is not included in the prices quoted for the goods. Delivery is possible to "Omniva" parcel machines or by "Omniva" courier throughout Baltic countries (including Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia). As well as domestic Latvian orders could be processed by "KLB" couriers.
2. If the goods are collected at the warehouse or showroom, the delivery fee is not charged. The place and time of collection are subject to prior agreement.
3. The delivery of the goods must be settled by payment of the invoice in advance.
4. The order will be confirmed and the goods will be dispatched once payment has been received in the shop's current account. The shipment will be sent in the name of the customer.
5. Delivery to the customer may take 15 working days.
6. The cost of delivery will be calculated according to delivery location and size of the package.
Return Policy
1. You have the option to return the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, which is recorded on the delivery note. When returning the goods, they must:
- unused,
- in the original packaging with the relevant product code and with the original manufacturer's tags and labels, if any, attached,
- with a fully completed return note.
2. the money for the returned goods shall be refunded within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods at the address of the Shop to the account from which the payment was received by the Shop.
3. If the goods do not meet the above criteria, the shop reserves the right not to accept the goods and not to refund the money paid or to withhold up to 50% of the value of the goods.
4. If the goods are returned after the stipulated 14 days (when sent by courier, the postmark of the delivery or the date of receipt of the goods recorded on the courier's delivery note is taken into account), the shop reserves the right not to accept the purchased goods and not to refund the money, unless there is another demonstrable agreement between the buyer and the seller.
5. The goods may be returned via "Omniva", the place and time of collection being agreed in advance.
6. All costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer. The delivery charge, if any, shall not be refunded, except in cases where the wrong goods have been sent or the goods have been damaged during transportation.
7. Your claims regarding the quality of the purchased goods will be settled in accordance with the requirements of the Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No.631 "Procedure for filing and settlement of consumer claims for goods or services that do not comply with the terms of the contract".
8. The sixth paragraph of Article 12 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia states that "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal"; it is obligatory to keep the original packaging of the goods so that the goods are not mechanically damaged externally when exercising the right of withdrawal.
9. Any disagreement between the Buyer and the Seller shall be settled by negotiation or in accordance with the procedures provided for by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
10. In accordance with Article 15.3 of the Cabinet Regulation No 207 of the Republic of Latvia, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised for goods which are made according to the consumer's instructions or are irreplaceable items, or goods by their nature cannot be returned, or are perishable or expendable.
